Hello, Apart from what they say about not drin...

Hello, Apart from what they say about not drinking enough fluid, not eating enough and not resting enough, does anyone know why your milk supply dry's up? I drink a lot of fluid, eat plenty, and rest as much as can be expected but my milk supply has started to dry up! It also seems a lot of other ladies on this site have the same problem. Just wandering if anyone can shed some more light on what seems a very common occurence.
